Electronic Records and Signatures Consent
Florida Phase 1 Local Launch · Cleaner and Customer Electronic Assent
APPROVED — BRYMA-P1-ER v1.0
This document was approved by Florida counsel and the Owner on September 6, 2026.
1. Consent
By affirmatively accepting this Consent, you agree that Bryma may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, policies and signatures electronically for the transaction or relationship identified in the acceptance screen. Your consent is separate from the substantive agreement.
2. Hardware and software
You need internet access, a current browser, an email address, and software capable of viewing and retaining PDF or HTML records. Tell Bryma if you cannot access a record.
3. Paper copies
You may download or print records. You may request a paper copy through Bryma’s Contact page or the support contact shown in your booking/onboarding confirmation. No fee applies during the Phase 1 pilot.
4. Updating contact information
Keep your email and phone current through the current Contact/support channel. Notices sent before an update may remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
5. Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent for future electronic records through the current Contact/support channel. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior electronic actions. Bryma will explain whether paper processing is available or whether an online-only transaction cannot continue.
6. Acceptance evidence
The system records the consent version, displayed text, timestamp, account/booking/application identifier, affirmative action, and available audit evidence. A preselected checkbox or mere use of the website is not acceptance.
