1. Scope
This Notice describes information handled by Bryma Home Services LLC, doing business as Bryma Home Services, for the Florida Phase 1 website, customer bookings, Stripe payments, cleaner applications and local operations. It does not describe a nationwide marketplace.
2. Information collected
Customer: name, email, phone, service address, access/service instructions, booking selections, communications and support records.
Cleaner: contact details, service area, experience, availability, signed-document and onboarding status, W-9 held through the approved restricted process, job and payment records.
Transaction: booking ID, amount, Stripe customer/session/payment/refund references and payment status; not full card number.
Technical: IP address, device/browser data, security logs, consent timestamps and necessary cookies.
Sensitive data is not requested in the public Career form. SSN/TIN, government-ID images, bank credentials and background reports must not be sent through ordinary email, SMS or public form fields.
3. Uses
- Provide quotes, bookings, cleaning services, support and receipts.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Administer cleaner contracts, tax records, assignments and payments.
- Maintain security, audit records, legal compliance and dispute evidence.
- Send transactional communications; marketing only with separate consent where required.
4. Disclosures
Information may be disclosed to Stripe, hosting/email providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and approved service providers performing defined functions. Bryma does not sell personal information in this Phase 1 model. A provider receives only information reasonably necessary for its function and is subject to applicable contractual/security controls.
5. Stripe
Stripe processes payment-card data under its own services and privacy terms. Bryma stores limited transaction references and status. Customers should not send card information to Bryma by email, text or support message.
6. Retention and disposal
Bryma retains information only for operational, tax, contract, fraud-prevention, dispute, insurance and legal purposes under an approved schedule. Records no longer retained will be securely destroyed or made unreadable. Legal holds suspend ordinary deletion.
7. Security and incidents
Bryma uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data and operation, including access limitation, authentication, secure transmission, restricted tax records, backups and incident response. No system is guaranteed perfectly secure. Florida breach notices will be handled under applicable law.
8. Choices and requests
Users may request access, correction or deletion through the Contact page or the support contact displayed in their booking confirmation. Requests are verified and may be limited by legal retention, fraud, security, tax, contract or dispute obligations. Transactional communications cannot always be opted out of while an active booking or legal duty remains.
9. Children and third-party sites
The service is not directed to children under 13, and Bryma does not knowingly collect their information through accounts. Links and embedded services may have their own notices.
10. Updates and contact
Material changes will receive a new version/effective date and notice appropriate to the change. Bryma’s residential street address is not published unless counsel or a legal filing requirement calls for it.
