Customer Residential Cleaning Service Agreement
Florida Phase 1 Local Launch · Company ↔ Customer
APPROVED — BRYMA-P1-CSA v1.0
This document was approved by Florida counsel and the Owner on September 6, 2026.
Business name: Bryma Home Services LLC
Operating area: Miami-Dade County, Florida
1. Agreement and booking
These terms govern ordinary residential-cleaning services purchased from the verified legal business entity identified above, operating as Bryma Home Services (“Bryma”). The Customer accepts the version displayed at checkout by an unchecked-by-default affirmative control before payment. A booking is confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment and Bryma issues a confirmation.
2. Service scope
The booking summary states the selected service, property, date/window, included tasks, exclusions, add-ons and price. Only written, accepted change orders modify scope. Bryma does not provide mold/asbestos/lead remediation, pest control, hazardous-waste removal, licensed trade work, medical sanitation, or other excluded services.
3. Access and customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, lawful and timely access, working utilities, accurate property information and special product/material warnings.
- Secure valuables, confidential papers, weapons, controlled substances and fragile items; identify pre-existing damage.
- Secure or disclose pets and occupants who may affect safe performance.
- Do not require a cleaner to perform excluded, unsafe or unlawful work.
- Remain reachable during the service window or provide an authorized contact.
4. Scheduling and provider assignment
Arrival times are service windows, not guarantees, unless the booking expressly states otherwise. Bryma may assign or replace an eligible independent cleaner. A customer preference is not a guarantee of a particular individual. Customer shall not discriminate unlawfully or direct the cleaner as an employee.
5. Price and Stripe payment
The total shown at Stripe Checkout is the authorized one-time charge for the booking, including disclosed fees and taxes, if any. No subscription or recurring membership is created. Stripe processes card information; Bryma does not receive or store the full card number. Customer authorizes the displayed one-time charge and any later charge only through a separate, affirmative change-order authorization.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and access failure
The Cancellation and Refund Policy displayed and accepted at checkout is incorporated into this Agreement. Customer must use the stated contact channel. If a cleaner cannot enter because access was not provided, the event is treated under the disclosed access-failure rule. Bryma may cancel or reschedule for safety, weather, cleaner unavailability, property conditions or operational necessity and will provide the remedy stated in the Policy.
7. Quality concerns and service remedy
Customer should inspect reasonably and report a specific concern within 24 hours after completion with available supporting information. Subject to investigation, Bryma may offer a limited re-clean, partial credit, refund, or denial where the service matched scope or the condition was excluded.
8. Property damage and incidents
Customer shall report alleged damage promptly and preserve the item and relevant evidence. Bryma may request photographs, receipts, access to inspect, and cleaner/customer statements. Do not repair or discard the item before reasonable inspection except to prevent further damage or address safety. Nothing here waives nonwaivable rights.
9. Communications and privacy
Customer consents to transactional email/SMS reasonably necessary for the booking using the contact information provided. Marketing consent, if any, is separate and optional. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice.
10. Prohibited conduct
No harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe conditions, unlawful surveillance in private areas, solicitation of off-platform payment for a Bryma booking, or misuse of cleaner information. Bryma may suspend service to protect people, property or systems.
11. No unsupported assurances
Bryma makes only the provider-specific representations actually displayed and supported at the time. These draft terms do not represent that every cleaner is insured, bonded, licensed, background checked or identity verified.
12. Liability and legal remedies
Customer retains nonwaivable rights. Any warranty disclaimer, damages limitation, indemnity, arbitration, class waiver, venue, fee-shifting or claim deadline is reserved for Florida counsel and is not activated in this staging draft. Florida law governs approved final terms.
13. Acceptance and records
At checkout, the system records the terms version, timestamp, customer/account or booking identifier, affirmative acceptance, Stripe Checkout Session/Payment Intent reference, amount and result. Bryma will provide or make available a copy of the accepted terms.
