How the fixed term works
- One cleaning is scheduled and billed each Plan Month for the length of your chosen term.
- The term ends on its own — there is no automatic renewal. Continuing requires a new, separate enrollment.
- A room/bath change submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date applies starting the following Plan Month, never retroactively.
- An approved pause skips that month's charge and service, and adds one month to the end of your term instead.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and access-failure rules follow the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy.
